Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS) is a proactive, school-wide framework designed to improve outcomes for all students by providing targeted academic, attendance, behavioral, and social-emotional support. It uses data-driven decision making to identify student needs, deliver evidence-based interventions in addition to core instruction, and monitor progress.
