Lakeview PTA provides volunteers and financial support for activities and programs designed to enhance learning and promote a positive and fun school community:
  • Career Share

  • Classroom supplements (e.g., calculators)

  • Special requests

  • Awards Assembly

  • Reflections Art Contest

  • Testing snacks

  • Student Appreciation

  • Staff Appreciation

  • 8th Grade Picnic


Complete this form and pay membership dues ($15.00 for regular membership and $50 for business memberships).  Or donate funds to support PTA efforts.  Submit the form and payment to the administrative assistants in the Lakeview office.  They will forward them to the PTA.


PTA meetings are held in the Lakeview Media Center from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of every month during the school year, except for the October meeting, which will held on the first Monday.  Everyone is welcome to attend; however, only members are permitted to vote.

2020 - 2021 Lakeview PTA officers & committee chairpersons



The PTA Career Share Committee works with Lakeview counselors to bring speakers to share their educational and career paths in four arenas:

(1) Business Management, Marketing / Communications, Arts, Finance, HR, Construction / Architecture, Manufacturing, Transportation and Logistics  (Speaking Days 9/25/2019, 9/26/2019, 4/1/2020 and 4/2/2020)

(2) Law, Safety and Security, Government, Military, Public Administration, Human Services, Non-Profits, Education (Speaking Days 12/4/2019 and 12/5/2019) 

(3) Food, Natural Resources, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Medical / Health-Related, Information Systems (Speaking Days 2/26/2020 and 2/27/2020)  

The committee recruits speakers whose careers can be achieved by on-the-job training, technical degree or certification or college degree.  The goal is to have 12 speakers for each arena for a total of 48 speakers.
