The permission form must be filled out and returned to Ms. Martensen by 9/4 or the student will not be allowed to participate until the form is submitted. If there is a wait-list, the students with submitted forms will be allowed to move into the session and your child will lose their spot.

To participate in activities you must have:

If you are not sure of your child's assigned bus and stop location, that information will be available through the sponsor of the activity. We reserve the right to cancel activities due to lack of student interest. Hopefully that won't happen. However, if a class/activity is canceled, parents will be notified by phone and students will be encouraged to join another activity.
