Chances are if you have teens you know what FOMO is without realizing it!  FOMO or fear of missing out is a very real experience for your teens and the culture at large. It seems like everywhere I go, or everything I read lately focuses on mindfulness, or being aware of what is going on around me.  If I give myself time to think about it, being mindful of peoples circumstances or perspectives can be important in how to have a good relationship with them.  This article doesn't focus on teens but I think it relates to them as well.   Being Mindful
